Conditions of Payment

To formalise registration, participants must:

- Fill in the registration form on the website www.rvpnonstop.com
- Pay the fees by credit card or bank transfer.

General conditions

  • Registration will be confirmed when the fees have been paid appropriately.
  • Payment can be justified either by the email generated by the event organisation or with the bank receipt for the transfer.

CanceLlation policy

  • Cancellations made until 30 April 2020 will be subject to a 2.00€ processing fee.
  • Refunds will be made with the same method as was used to pay the fees.
  • Any cancellation after 1 May 2020 (inclusive) until the start of the event will not be entitled to any kind of refund.

Changes policy

  • A registered team member may be replaced by another participant in the same team until 30 April 2020. In such a case, contact us through our contact form.
  • No changes will be allowed after 1 May 2020 (inclusive).

The Cooperation Network of Towns on the Ruta de la Plata is a voluntary association formed by towns located on the Via de la Plata Route and its area of influence to carry out joint actions in defending and promoting its tourist, historical, cultural and economic resources. The main aim of the association is to publicise the tourist resources of the member towns and demonstrate the value represented by the numerous attractions on the Via de la Plata Route because of their variety and importance.
